Terms of Service
These are the terms for using YOIN, written as plainly as we could. By using the service you accept them and the Privacy Policy.

1Who runs the service#
YOIN is a management system for musicians, available at habama.shirahouminer.com. It is run by Shira Houminer, a licensed dealer (osek murshe) in Israel (“the operator”, “we” or “us”).
Contact: shirahouminer@gmail.com.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the agreement between you and the operator.
2What the service does#
YOIN brings the work of an artist, or of someone who manages artists, into one place:
- Dashboard: the next step, what is missing, and figures counted from real data.
- Works: the catalog, releases and recordings, file versions and private listening links with comments, a readiness check for distribution packages, catalog import and a release plan.
- Promo: an EPK page, presave pages, a Smartlink, media outreach and contacts, and sending to DJs with watermarks.
- Analytics: streaming reports you import, and opens of your public pages.
- Booking: shows, date holds, advancing and reporting, and a map with a venue catalog.
- Royalties: rights splits and society details, split confirmation links, CWR export, royalty statements, payouts, costs and partners.
- Calendar and tasks.
- Account: settings, a scan of public information, and data export.
- An intake interview, and an AI writing assistant that drafts text.
Anything marked “soon” on screen is not available yet. The service is under active development, and features may change, be added or be removed.
3Your account#
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Your password is personal. Do not share it or the account. The account holder is responsible for what happens in the account.
- If you suspect unauthorized use, write to us right away.
- The service is for people aged 16 and over. Under 18, the consent of a parent or guardian is required.
- Several people can join an artist account in different roles. Whoever adds a person to the account is responsible for the role they chose for that person, and so for what that person can see.
4Acceptable use#
You may not use the service to:
- Upload or publish content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademarks or privacy.
- Publish offensive, threatening, misleading or unlawful content, or impersonate another person or artist.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, including through public pages.
- Try to access other users’ information, get around permissions or limits, or probe for security holes without prior written permission.
- Overload the service, collect data from it automatically, or spread malicious code through it.
- Use the AI tools to create unlawful or misleading content.
5Your content#
The content you upload and enter (music, images, text, data and documents) stays yours. The operator does not take ownership of it.
To run the service, you give the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, process and display your content, only as far as needed to provide the service. This includes showing it on public pages you choose to publish. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies in backups until they are replaced, and anything others already downloaded from a link you sent.
By uploading content, you confirm that you hold the rights needed to do so. The operator may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
AI drafts are suggestions only. They can be wrong, so read them before you approve or publish them. To the extent the operator has any rights in a draft, those rights are yours.
6Rights, splits and documents#
- The service helps you organize information and prepare documents. It does not register works with ACUM or any other society on your behalf, and it is not a substitute for legal, accounting or tax advice.
- Approving a split on the confirmation page is a recorded approval. It is not a certified electronic signature under the Israeli Electronic Signature Law, 5761-2001.
- Royalty, split and date calculations rely on the data that was entered. Check them before you rely on them.
7Links you send#
- Anyone who has a link to a public page can open it and pass it on. You can turn a link off at any time.
- A private listening link can be password protected. Whoever sends the password is responsible for who receives it.
- A watermark helps find where a copy leaked from. It does not prevent copying.
8Information about other people#
If you enter information about other people, you are responsible for being allowed to hold and use it, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
9Intellectual property and infringement notices#
The code, the design, the YOIN name and the service’s marks belong to the operator. Do not copy or use them without written permission.
The venue catalog on the map is based on OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the ODbL.
If you believe content in the service infringes your copyright under the Israeli Copyright Law, 5768-2007, write to shirahouminer@gmail.com with: a description of the protected work, a link to the infringing content, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the details are accurate and the use is not authorized. We will review the notice and, if it is well founded, remove the content and tell the person who uploaded it.
10Third-party services#
Some features rely on services run by other companies, and their own terms apply to those services as well:
- Sign in with Google, under the Google Terms of Service.
- AI drafts with Anthropic’s Claude, under the Anthropic Usage Policy.
- Lookups in public music databases: MusicBrainz, Deezer and Apple.
- Link previews from Spotify and YouTube.
Direct connections to Spotify, YouTube and Google Calendar accounts are not available yet. The operator is not responsible for the availability, operation or policies of these services.
11Price#
The service is free of charge today. There are no subscriptions and no charges.
If paid plans are introduced, they will come with their own terms, including price, period and cancellation terms under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. We will announce them in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit consent.
12Availability and changes to the service#
The service is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it running well, but there may be faults, maintenance downtime and changes. Keep a copy of important files outside the service too.
13Liability#
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of profits or data, decisions made on the basis of what the service showed, or other people’s content and services.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or affects your rights under consumer protection law.
If you break these terms or the law, you will compensate the operator for the damage and reasonable costs caused as a result, including those caused by a third-party claim.
14Messages from us#
Service messages, such as a notice about your account’s security or a change to these terms, are not marketing, and are sent as needed.
Marketing messages will be sent only with your explicit prior consent, under section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982. They will be marked as advertising, and every message will include a simple, free way to unsubscribe. Today we send no marketing messages, and no email leaves the system at all.
15Ending use#
- You can stop using the service at any time, and delete the account yourself from settings. You can also ask for the deletion by email.
- The operator may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms, unlawful use or a security risk. Where reasonable, we will give notice first and let you export your data.
- After an account is closed, information is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
16Governing law and jurisdiction#
These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory provisions of law, including consumer protection law, prevail over anything written here.
17Changes to these terms#
These terms may change. We will announce a material change in the system or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you can stop using the service and ask to delete your account.
18General#
- If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest continue to apply.
- Not exercising a right, or exercising it late, does not waive it.
- This document exists in Hebrew and in English. If they conflict, the Hebrew version governs.
